The Congress listened to the reports on the work done for the period under review (2017–2022) by the governing bodies of the CTUA (speaker - President  of the CTUA  E.Tumasyan)  and  the report of the Audit Commission of the CTUA  (speaker Chairman of the Audit Commission of the CTUA V. Vardanyan).  
  Amendments were made to the Charter of the CTUA and to the Regulations of the Audit Commission of the CTUA.
 The Congress approved the Work Plan of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia for 2022-2027.
 In the result of a secret ballot Elen Manaseryan was elected President of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia, Boris Kharatyan and Tiruhi Nazaretyan were elected Vice-presidents.
