On July 16–17, 2025, Kemal Özkan, Assistant General Secretary of IndustriALL Global Union, paid a working visit to the Republic of Armenia. As part of the visit, a seminar was held on July 16 on the topic “Developing the Potential of IndustriALL Global Union Member Organizations in Armenia.” The seminar was intended for representatives of about 16 organizations affiliated with the Republican Branch Union of Trade Union Organizations of Industry Workers of Armenia.                 
The event was attended by the President of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia, Elen Manaseryan, who delivered an opening speech emphasizing the importance of meetings in such a format and encouraging the active involvement of participants in the discussions.
During the seminar, comprehensive discussions were held on existing challenges in the industry, the development of social partnership, and ensuring a healthy and safe working environment.
All participants highly appreciated the effective and long-term cooperation established between IndustriALL Global Union and Armenian trade unions. The parties confirmed their readiness to continue and further strengthen this cooperation.
Karine Aloyan, Chairwoman of the Republican Branch Association “Electrotradeunion” of the Trade Union Organizations of Armenia, a member of IndustriALL Global Union, and Eduard Pahlevanyan, Chairman of the Branch Union of Trade Union Organizations of Miners, Metallurgists and Jewelers of Republic of Armenia, also took part in the discussions.
At the conclusion of the event, Aristakes Danielyan, Chairman of the he Republican Branch Union of Trade Union Organizations of Industry Workers of Armenia, delivered the closing remarks, thanking all participants for their active engagement and effective cooperation.
