The Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia, in cooperation with the Armenian representation of the Solidarity Center, held the “Training for Trainers” seminar.
On February 20-22, the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia organized the second stage of the three-day “Training for Trainers” seminar, aiming to develop the capacities of trade union activists and form a team of qualified trainers.
The seminar was attended by the representatives of various trade unions, who also participated in the first stage of the seminar. The program was built on interactive methods, including group work, practical exercises, discussions and simulation tasks.
As a result of the three-day work, the participants not only acquired new knowledge, but also practically tested the role of a trainer by developing and presenting their modules.
The seminar aimed to form stable and professional trainers who will contribute to the development and increase the efficiency of the trade union movement.
The Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia will continue to implement capacity-building programs, emphasizing education as a pillar of organizational progress.
