On February 25, seminar on the topic on “Trade Union Documentation” was held, attended by chairpersons and members of the governing bodies of the trade unions affiliated with the branch unions of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia  from Yerevan and the regions.
The participants were introduced  to the legislative bases of the Trade Union’s activities, the required documentation process, as well as  the content and form of minutes and decisions. The powers and rights of the trade union defined by the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, and the tools for effectively conducting collective bargaining were also discussed.
