On July 21, 2026, a meeting of the Republican Tripartite Commission was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Lusine Kocharyan. The meeting was attended by Elen Manaseryan, President of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia (CTUA); Presidents of the branch republican unions affiliated with the CTUA — Eduard Pahlevanyan, Anahit Asatryan, Armen Avetisyan, and Shushan Petrosyan; as well as representatives of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia.
During the meeting, the Operating Procedure of the Republican Tripartite Commission were discussed and approved, taking into account the proposals and observations submitted by the members of the Commission. The agenda also included the issue of organizing the development of an action plan to ensure the implementation of the Republican Collective Agreement. As a result of the discussion, the parties agreed to jointly develop a draft action plan and submit it for consideration at the next meeting of the Republican Tripartite Commission.
