At the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia on May 26, 2023  the meeting of the Republican Tripartite Commission continued its work under the chairmanship of the President of the Confederation of trade unions of Armenia,  which was attended by members of the Republican Tripartite Commission of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia and the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia.
During the meeting, the discussion of the draft law of the Republic of Armenia “On Comprehensive Health Insurance” was continued, the issues of introducing additions to the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Higher and Postgraduate Vocational Education”, the issue of eliminating the inconsistency between the provisions of the ILO Convention No. 29, No. 105, Article 57, part 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and the provisions of Article 145, part 5 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, proposals for making additions to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated August 11, 2005 N1384-Ն “On establishing a list of certain categories of employees entitled to annual additional leave, on the minimum duration of this leave and the procedure for granting it.
The Commission adopted relevant decisions on the agenda items.
