The Constitution is not only a set of laws, but also a pillar that protects the rights of every citizen— the right to live, to work, to earn with dignity, to unite, and to be protected.

The Constitution is the foundation on which the freedoms and rights of all citizens—
including workers and trade unions—are guaranteed.

Today, we reaffirm this truth:
Freedom is power when it is protected by the rule of law.
