On May 19, 2023 in the conference hall of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia the session of the Republican tripartite commission was held under the chairmanship of the president of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia Elen Manaseryan. The agenda included 7 questions.
The first question on the agenda was the election of the secretary of the Republican Tripartite Commission.
On the recommendation of Elen Manaseryan, Laura Demirchyan, head of the Labor and Social Rights Protection Department of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia was elected secretary of the Republican Tripartite Commission.
The next question on the agenda was the draft law of the Republic of Armenia "On Comprehensive Health Insurance", was presented by Lena Nanushyan, the First Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia, and expert Isabel Abgaryan. Then followed a question-and-answer session and a discussion. 
Taking into account that the questions and problems raised by the members of the Commission were numerous at the suggestion of Elen Manaseryan it was decided to continue the session on May 26, 2023.
