Within the framework of cooperation between the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Armenia, on November 25, 2025, the results of the research “Minimum Wage and Socio-Economic Realities in the Republic of Armenia” were presented. The research was conducted by Ruben Markosyan, an expert in public and social policy.

The event was attended by Heriknaz Tigranyan, Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Labor and Social Affairs of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia; Ruben Sargsyan, Acting Director of the “National Institute of Labor and Social Research” SNCO; representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia; and the chairpersons of the branch republican unions that are members of the CTUA.
