On April 28, at the initiative of the Organizational and Training Center of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia and the permanent commission under the Council of the CTUA on Youth Affairs, a meeting was held with students of the regional college № 2 named after N. Achemyan, which was led by the head of the center Elen Manaseryan.
During the meeting, the students got acquainted with the main provisions of the Labour Code of the Republic of Armenia, with such concepts as labour rights of workers, labour contract, healthy and safe working conditions.
Elen Manaseryan told the participants of the meeting about the importance of membership in trade unions in order to more effectively represent and protect the labour rights and interests of workers, answered the questions of the meeting participants.
Chairman of the Commission on Youth Affairs Edgar Chakhoyan  told  the college students about the work of the commission and gave a number of examples that can increase the motivation of young people to join trade unions.
