The Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia (CTUA) continues to hold regional meetings with the aim of maintaining direct contact with trade union members, discussing issues of concern to them, and identifying existing challenges.
From September 23 to 25, a series of working meetings took place in the Syunik region, in Kapan and Agarak. The meetings were led by CTUA President Elen Manaseryan, who answered questions raised by trade union members and provided relevant clarifications.
During the meetings, participants had the opportunity to voice their concerns, present challenges and suggestions, and discuss possible solutions.
The discussions took place in an active and constructive atmosphere. The issues raised by participants concerned trade union activities, the protection of workers’ rights and interests, and ways to improve the effectiveness of trade union work.
The meetings provided an opportunity to learn firsthand about trade union members’ concerns and discuss opportunities for further cooperation.
The CTUA will continue its regional visits to strengthen direct communication with trade union members, support their activities, and contribute to more effective protection of workers’ rights and interests.
