Dear teachers, parents, pupils, students,
 We congratulate you on the Day of Knowledge and the beginning of the new academic year.
 This holiday is one of the most solemn, and for every family it is full of hopes, anxieties, excitement and joy.
 The right to education is universal and any attempt to undermine it is unacceptable, as is done today with respect to schoolchildren and students of the Republic of Artsakh.
 Dear teachers, you are the beacon that helps students not get lost in the vast sea of knowledge. Thank you for your selfless and noble work. We wish you many years of successful activity, good working conditions and well-deserved recognition of the great work you have done.
