September 21 is not simply a holiday for our people. It is a symbol of having our own independent state, determining our own future, and jointly shaping the path of our country’s development.
Independence is also a daily effort—the effort to make our state, society, and world of work stronger, fairer, and more resilient.
In this process, the role of working people is of particular importance. Decent work, respect for labor, social protection, equal opportunities, and the protection of workers’ rights are essential foundations of a strong and stable society.
Trade unions, as the voice and representatives of workers, contribute to preserving and advancing these values by protecting workers’ rights and interests, promoting social dialogue, and contributing to the creation of fair and decent conditions in the world of work.
On the 35th anniversary of Independence, we wish the Republic of Armenia peace and stability, our people unity and prosperity, and every worker decent work, protected rights, and confidence in their own future and the future of the country.
May our independence be strengthened every day through our work, responsibility, solidarity, and the future we build together.
