Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum Summit

The Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum Summit was held in Brussels on 2-4 December 2025, bringing together over 250 civil society representatives and decision-makers from the EU and the Eastern Partnership countries.
The summit was once again moderated by Elen Manaseryan, President of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia, Coordinator of the 5th Working Group of the EaP CSO Forum and Member of the Forum’s Steering Committee, who delivered a speech. The RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan also delivered a special speech at the forum.
The aim of the Civil Society Summit was to set an agenda for regional cooperation on key themes within the framework of the Eastern Partnership’s key priorities, including democratic and societal resilience, sustainable economic development, security and regional connectivity. The event provided high-level visibility to the work carried out by civil society organizations (CSOs) in the region.
The event became a platform for dialogue between civil societies, governments of the Eastern Partnership countries, EU Member States and EU institutions.
