Significant changes in the Labor Code of the RA

On February 10  “Article 3” club hosted a discussion on the topic “Significant changes in the Labor Code of the RA”, which was attended by the President of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia Elen Manaseryan and the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ruben Sargsyan. Elen Manaseryan presented the position of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia regarding the positive aspects, gaps and possible risks of the RA draft law “On Making Amendments and Additions to the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia”.
