May 1

May 1 is International Workers' Day, which we celebrate every year and commemorate the achievements of workers and trade unions.
History has shown that development and progress cannot be achieved without workers and their efforts. Today, as we celebrate Workers' Day, we face many challenges, both in the field of labor, the social sphere, and in the field of labor safety.
Continuous wars and conflicts kill many innocent people, disrupt the economies of states and labor relations.
Despite the current crisis, trade unions continue to fight for social justice, equality, healthy and safe working conditions and overall decent work, which can only be achieved through healthy collective bargaining and social partnership.
With the goal of ensuring decent work, the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia wishes us all peace and unity.
