Tiruhi Nazaretyan, Vice President of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia (CTUA), participated in the workshop on “Promoting Formal Employment in Armenia”, held on December 4 at the initiative of the International Labor Organization (ILO), within the framework of social partnership and in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia, and the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia.
A number of issues were discussed, including indicators of formal and informal employment, labor market demands and trends, the promotion of employment among various social groups, and workforce profiling.
